Initially as a host on a privately owned fleet, where attention to detail and hospitality were of the utmost importance, and in the latter years she undertook the role of tour guide, taking guests to important historic sites. Subsequently they were taken over by the luxury Orient Express Group, which gave Emma the opportunity to apply her training and experience working for an elite organisation. Vicki's role at The Food Station is Events and Catering Manager. She joined the team a few years ago after an already extensive career within the catering & hospitality industry. Vicki first found her love for this sector whilst working her way up from bar staff to restaurant manager in her local pub. From attending barista courses in trendy central London cafes on days off, to tasting (and attempting to re-create) authentic foods when she lived and studied in Albania and parts of Macedonia. Vicki was lucky enough to join The Food Station full time after completing her second ski season in the French Alps. It was there she found that the service industry is where she belongs!
