Dominic and I are both well established within the hospitality industry and passionate about food and customer service.
Dominic’s interest in food started when he was 6 years’ old, helping his mother produce wedding cakes in their family kitchen. His career quickly progressed from local pubs to a renowned restaurant in Lavenham, where he acquired the majority of his skills and techniques in French Cuisine. The experience in a Three Rosette Kitchen enhanced his passion and developed his creativity.
I, myself, was fortunate to start my career working for 6 years on luxury holiday cruisers on the French waterways. Initially as a host on a privately owned fleet, where attention to detail and hospitality were of the utmost importance, and in the latter years I undertook the role of tour guide, taking guests to important historic sites. Subsequently we were taken over by the luxury Orient Express Group, which gave me the opportunity to apply my training and experience working for an elite organisation. I aim to maintain these standards in all the work that I undertake.
