This week we offered a tasting session to a couple ahead of their wedding this winter.
A selection of canapes including Miniature Beef Wellingtons & Smoked Salmon Gravadlax
Slow Roasted Beef Brisket with Truffle Creamed Potato served with Roasted Root Vegetables in Sage Butter and Sauteed Sprouts and Leeks with Pancetta
Dessert Sharing Boards including White Chocolate and Raspberry Profiteroles and Sticky Toffee Pudding
