Saturday we catered at The Tendring Show for our clients at @_srcgroup_

Not only did we keep everyone`s drinks topped up running the bar, we served various foods throughout the day.
Starting with breakfast rolls and freshly brewed coffee.
Canapes, a selection of bowl food followed by a full afternoon tea.

Our clients commented on the delicious King Prawn Pad Thai and the zesty Lemon Tarts!

This week provided a drop off service for a client.
Canapes included Chicken Liver Parfait with Fig & Balsamic Jam, Caprese Skewers, Parmesan Shortbread with Red Onion Confit and Quails Eggs.
Followed by a Maple & Clove Glazed Ham, Coronation Chicken with Mango and Flaked Almonds and an Asparagus & Feta Tart.
Lemon, White Chocolate & Raspberry Cheesecake to finish!
